何か困ったとき、相談するのは日常的にかかわる身近な地域日本語教室や子ども食堂など地域における活動の現場です。相談を受けた側から「普段目にすることばだけれど、自分も実はよくわかっていないこともある」という声をよく耳にします。そこで、外国人相談事業や地域日本語教育支援を行ってきたCINGAが、日本の制度やことばについて知ることができる動画コンテンツを作成しました。

労災保険って何ですか？

仕事でけがや病気をした人、仕事で亡くなった人の家族を助ける保険です。
仕事が原因で、働いている人がけがをしたり、病気になったり、亡くなったりしたときは、労災保険からお金が出ます。
会社に行く途中や、会社から家に帰る途中の事故などでもお金が出ます。
治療費は原則として無料です。病院で一旦払うことがあるかもしれませんが、後でそのお金はかえってきます。
仕事のけがや病気で仕事を休んだ日でも、休業補償として１日の給料の60％から80％相
当のお金がもらえます。
労災保険の保険料は会社が払います。

What is Workers' Accident Compensation Insurance?

It is an insurance policy that helps workers who suffer an injury or illness due to
work, or surviving families of a worker who died at work.
When a worker suffers an injury or illness, or dies due to work, the Workers' Compensation Insurance will provide payments.
Payment is also available for accidents on the way to the workplace or on the way home from work.
In principle, medical treatment is free of charge. You may have to
pay at the hospital, but the amount of the payment is refundable later.
If you need to take a day off due to an injury or illness, you will receive
compensation for absence from work equivalent to 60% to 80% of your daily salary.
A company pays solely the premiums for the Workers' Accident Compensation
Insurance.
