何か困ったとき、相談するのは日常的にかかわる身近な地域日本語教室や子ども食堂など地域における活動の現場です。相談を受けた側から「普段目にすることばだけれど、自分も実はよくわかっていないこともある」という声をよく耳にします。そこで、外国人相談事業や地域日本語教育支援を行ってきたCINGAが、日本の制度やことばについて知ることができる動画コンテンツを作成しました。

雇用保険って何ですか？

会社を解雇されたり、自分で会社をやめた後、すぐ仕事が見つからなくて困っている人
を助ける保険です。
生活の心配をしないで新しい仕事を探すことができるように、この保険から失業給付が行われます。
派遣社員、契約社員、パートタイムやアルバイトの人も条件を満たせば給付をもらえます。
いつから、いくらお金がでるかは、仕事をしていた期間や仕事をやめた理由などで変わります。
会社は雇用保険制度に加入する義務があります。
雇用保険の保険料は会社と労働者が払います。

What is Employment Insurance?

It is an insurance policy that helps workers who quit their jobs or are laid off from
their companies and having trouble finding new ones immediately.
The Employment Insurance provides unemployment benefits to allow them to look for a new job without worrying about their livelihood.
Dispatched employees, contract employees, and part-time workers are eligible for
the benefits as well if they meet the requirements.
When and how much money you receive depends on the duration of service
and the reason for leaving work.
Companies are obligated to enroll in the Employment Insurance system.
Both a company and a worker pay premiums for the Employment Insurance.
