何か困ったとき、相談するのは日常的にかかわる身近な地域日本語教室や子ども食堂など地域における活動の現場です。相談を受けた側から「普段目にすることばだけれど、自分も実はよくわかっていないこともある」という声をよく耳にします。そこで、外国人相談事業や地域日本語教育支援を行ってきたCINGAが、日本の制度やことばについて知ることができる動画コンテンツを作成しました。

有給休暇って何ですか？

仕事をする日に会社を休んでも給料がもらえる休みです。
原則として、労働者は希望する日に有給休暇をとることができます。
６か月続けて勤務して労働日の80％以上出勤した人は10日間の有給休暇をもらいます。
有給休暇は1年ごとに、とれる休みが１日から2日増えます。上限は１年に20日間です。
パートタイムの人や契約社員など、正社員でない人も条件を満たせば有給休暇をもらえます。いつ頃、何日くらい休めるのかは会社に聞いてください。

What is Annual Paid Leave?

It is a holiday that allows workers to take a day off and still get paid.
In principle, workers can take their paid leave on any day they wish.
A person who has worked for six consecutive months or longer and has attended at least 80% of the working days receives ten days of paid leave.
The number of paid leave increases by one or two days per year.
The maximum is 20 days per year.
Part-time workers, contract employees, and others who are not full-time regular employees can also receive paid leave if they meet the requirements.
