JP-MIRAI Assist
The Responsible Foreign Worker Acceptance Platform is implementing the consultation service "JP-MIRAI Assist" as a pilot project.
JP-MIRAI Assist provides consultations on all problems/concerns related to the working and living environment in Japan. If they are difficult to resolve for foreign workers (including their family members and/or acquaintances) on their own through consultations alone, JP-MIRAI Assist accompanies them to government offices and medical institutions, and provides needed support to resolve the issues as soon as possible.
The most important feature of this service is providing consultation by specialists who are familiar with status of residence and labor issues, as well as support for the use of ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) procedures.
We also aim to create a network among related parties/organizations that support foreign workers. Please feel free to contact us if you have any problems when consulting with foreigners.
